My screen freezes in the loading screen before the match. Any solution?

I keep getting penalized for "leaving" the game in rankeds plus losing points please help☹️ it is really frustrating since 2 of every 3 games the screen freezes and i have no option but openin...

  It is not because of the about the driver, there are many people having this kind of problem ,I hv this problem from season 2 , apex legends doesn't fix it

    @ltcdavissss maybe it could be because of the ssd. I have my game installed on the ssd and i think it makes it load faster.¿
