Need Assistance with error code CE-38605-2 while redownloading Apex legends PS4

I am currently using a PS4 and attempting to redownload Apex Legends. However, whenever I try to download it from the PlayStation Store or my library, I receive an error code CE-38605-2. I have already contacted PlayStation customer service and we have tried various solutions such as rebuilding the database, restoring the license, and resetting the PS4 to default settings. They suggested that the issue may be related to a bug in the latest update and advised me to contact EA for further assistance. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this problem, either by being directed to the appropriate support channel or by receiving advice from someone who has encountered and resolved a similar issue. P.S. I do not have an external hard drive.

    I found a solution to the problem. I resolved it by saving all my data to the PS4 cloud. Then, I performed a factory reset on my PS4, logged back in, and re-downloaded the game. Finally, I saved my data back to the PS4. Currently, everything seems to be working fine. I will provide an update once the installation is complete.

  • @EA_Barry Thank you for your suggestion, but I have already attempted that solution and unfortunately, I am still encountering the error code when attempting to download.
