Hi, my Steam account is linked to an old EA account I can no longer access because I lost access to the email address on file. I need my Steam account manually unlinked so I can link it to my new EA account and play Apex and battlefield V. i would be very delighted if you can help me with my problem.

EA_QueenBee im sorry but i don't know how to contact them it keeps leading me to the how to unlink your account section and then i see alot of options but these options require access to the account i no longer have how do i even fix that

i can't update the email address i have tried to do that but i no longer have access to my google account so i was hoping if ea could unbind my hacked google account
i can't get back my old account since my gmail acc was hacked so i was wondering if EA could unlink the gmail which is linked to my lost acc so that i could link a new gmail which is under my control. my english not good but i hope it can clarify better

Just to build on what Midnight9746 said, whether you want to keep the Steam on this account or not you'd still need to recover your EA account, and that point it might be easier to have them update the email address rather than muddle around with account linking. If you follow the link they shared, it'll take you to where you need to go. 🙂

Note: Your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account level so even if you switch which EA Account is linked to your Steam Account, that won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress over to the new EA Account.
