Never Recieved Compensation

Never recieved compensation for being locked out of my account for over 60 days.

Seen tons of post of people thanking for their compensation recieved.

But I have yet to recieve anything.

Contacted EA support but they claimed they can't help me for whatever reason so I need an official answer here.
Am I even getting the compensation or not?

  • @Elumie Same here, man. Locked out for 2 months, no compensation at all. EA support told me to ask Respawn on Twitter but of course they wont reply

    Been abysmal how badly we've been treated during all of this.
    Supposed 450 people affected by the infinite loading screen and they can't keep track of who got compensated and who did not?

  • Tweeted at both Respawn and Apex Legends official twitters.
    Lets see if any of it pays off.

    Hey guys

    From what I know this is between the studio and the players and isn't something the support can help you with.
    I'll tag @EA_David he is a bit more up to date with this information.

    Please also see the latest post about the compensation for players that were affected by the code net issue.

    Already had the information about EA support not being able to help me in the situation.

    What really is a kicker is that I tweeted at Respawn+Apex Games.
    Even posted the screenshot about EA support not being able to help me in the matter.....

    And guess who decides to answer the tweet?

    EA Support ofcourse answer the tweet still...

    Even worse? Nobody has even aknowledged what im actually asking for here. Getting just incredibly vague answers to the hint of the infinite loading screen.

    This whole ordeal has been just absolutely soul guttering. By the way my answers are written by EA support I just assume its simple copy and paste.

    They even copy pasted the answers from the first ticket with just a new copy pasted second paragraph.

  • @EA_David Could you please lend us a hand? I’ve tried to contact multiple people on Twitter with no reply’s, it is not right to be left out when other people are getting compensation.

    Nothing. Respawn never answered anything I sent them on twitter.

    Im honestly surprised EA even tried to help me at all knowing their shoddy reputation.

    Respawn themselves did 100% live up to their garbage reputation though.

    I gave up on the matter some week ago.

    If we didn't get it the first 2-3 weeks after getting our accounts "fixed" there was no way they would keep track or even care to go back and fix the wrongdoings.

    @Erikenyo93 There is a huge reddit thread that got to the frontpage of the reddit regarding this issue and a community manager is answering atleast to some extent in there.
    Maybe you wanna check it out.

    Not gonna post the link since I dont know the rules on that here.
