No account connection with Amazon(prime gaming)

I can't receive the items I purchased from prime gaming now.
The problem seems to be that Amazon and EA accounts are not connected.
The purchase has been completed in prime gaming, and you have to connect your EA and Amazon accounts by pressing Manage game account, but nothing appears.
In the case of Chrome, all settings were checked and tested in another browser just because it could be a pop-up blocking, but no consent or connection buttons were found for any connection.
Of course, I tried connecting for 3 days, but it didn't work.

I already inquired on the EA website, but there was no answer and I couldn't even check my inquiry.

https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index Is there any way to connect directly to Amazon here?

I really want Watson's costume ㅠㅠ

  • Hey @tlagld12,

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting that latest Wattson bundle from your Prime rewards!

There are a couple extra steps involved when linking a Prime account, so please be sure you've gone through all the steps here so that everything is properly linked.

After that's done you should be able to restart and just head in-game to claim those rewards, but if that's still not showing up afterwards please reach out to an advisor so they can check over the account.

  • Hey, after hours of dealing with nonsense from EA support where they just send you a cruddy link, I found a workaround, go to your Prime Gaming page and claim something from an EA game you haven't played, in my case a FIFA prize, I don't have the game downloaded, nor have I played it, so when I did, it had me reauthorize a connection to Prime and EA before claiming. It then brought up a page to link EA and Amazon, which you do, and after that, you can claim the prize from a game you haven't played, but if you check your Apex, you should now have the things you've already claimed! Let me know if you have questions or comments!
