No Ban History to dispute Ban

Product: EA Desktop
Platform:PC

Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Launch Game
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 09.08.2021 15:40
Summarize your bug First time logging in this season. Try to enter a game. Recieved message indicating a ban. Go to check ban history on website. No ban history exists for my steam account. Cannot play any games because I have a ban
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is a ban placed on my account but no indication of how the ban exists. I am unsure how my account received the ban status
What happens when the bug occurs? I get placed into a game, then immediately kicked to lobby with ban message
What do you expect to see? no ban, as I have not played since previous season and no ban history on the website

I do not see how I would have recieved a ban. I go to try and dispute the ban but the website says I an not currently banned. but I try to enter a game, and it says I am banned

    If you've submitted an appeal through EA Help using the steps here, that'll be perfect.

    Just to clarify, the ban history on the website shows some very specific types of bans, but does not display all bans or suspensions. Sorry for the confusion there.

    If you're ever seeing a ban message in-game, do feel free to appeal that with our Terms of Service team using the information in the above link and they'll be happy to take another look at the account.
