Unranked matchmaking sudden change

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help with an issue I've been having in Apex Legends.

Since yesterday morning, every unranked Battle Royale match I join seems to be filled with bots or extremely low-level players. This started suddenly, and before that my matchmaking was completely normal.

I'm playing on PC using my PlayStation-linked EA account. I've already checked that I'm queuing for normal unranked matches, but the issue continues every game.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something that could have triggered it, or is there a way to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
