TristanPorkchop I've had mine go missing before and EA Support had told me it was because I had disabled this setting in my EA Account:
https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/security-privacyYou will need to re-enable these settings, (if those are disabled), and give it a few hours or so, and the tab should return.
