I can’t get in to apex it says code 100 and tells me to go to the ea site but there’s nothing there to help

If you've posted about Code: Net or Code 100 issues your posts have been merged here for board clarity reasons. These issues are being investigated by the Respawn team at the moment, there is more information available on the Trello issue tracker for the persistent Code: Net issue here.
For the Code 100 issue, some players have been able to bypass the error by changing their console DNS to the Google DNS
Steps on doing this can be found below in the spoiler tags for various consoles :
PlayStation:

- Press the PS button on your controller.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to setup internet connection.
- Select WiFi or cable.
- Select Custom.
- Set IP address to Auto.
- Set DHCP to Auto.
- Set DNS to Manual and enter the following:
- Primary 8.8.8.8
- Secondary 8.8.4.4
- Set MTU to Auto.
- Make sure proxy is not being used.
Xbox:

- Press the Xbox button on your controller.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Network.
- Select Network settings.
- Select Advance Network settings.
- Select DNS settings.
- Select Manual and enter the following:
- Primary 8.8.8.8
- Secondary 8.8.4.4
Switch:

- Go to Home.
- Go to System Settings.
- Go to Internet settings.
- Select the network you are connected or the one you are trying to connect to.
- Go to Change Settings.
- Go to DNS settings.
- Select Manualand enter the following:
- Primary 8.8.8.8
- Secondary 8.8.4.4
