Not receiving emails for password change

Hello all, I went afk for a bit and now Steam is saying I need to log in my EA account again. However when I tried to log in the website said my account security was "at risk" and forced me to change my password (It didn't even give me the login option just one button that said RESET YOUR PASSWORD).

I typed in my email and requested a code but the email never went through. I checked every folder, there was none. I also tried to click the resend button multiple times but it never worked. So I went ahead and tried to reset my password to my alt account and the email went through almost immediately. Idk what's going on. Am I just not allowed to play on my main anymore? I'm confused.
