Not receiving the Double Duty badge after being the Champion and Kill Leader

I was the kill leader with 7 kills and I won the game with my squad, yet I did not receive the badge. The way the badge is worded could mean you must win the current match, or you must have won the previous match and are the champion squad of the current match, which we also were.

I am wondering if there is any way I could receive the badge. I've included screenshots from the match showing us being the champions, me being the kill leader (crown on the skull next to kill count) and the one saying we won.
