Nothing in penalty history.
So i used to play Apex in Covid with my potato pc, it was usually very bugged as i would get stuck studdenly in game, or i would suddenly dissconnect. So after i few times i gave up on trying, now that i got a good laptop, i came to play apex but my acc was banned idk why, i was in no mood to go through all the support hassle so I left it. Now recently I bought BF5 when i tried playing i got the error code EC:10901, i couldn't access multiplayer mode, when i checked penalty history there is nothing there. So pls help me get my acc back.
I think I see the problem then. Your penalty history is empty because you don't have a ban on this account, you have a ban on the account your Steam is linked to. If you log in with that other account, you should see your penalty history then. If you have any other email addresses you might have used to make an account I'd recommend checking those, and then raising a dispute from there.
