Odd Ban...

Got banned on Oct 2023, despite not playing since Oct 2021, but the ban email shows Jan 2022???
Hi, I am extremely confused right now. I installed the game after having not played for a long time only to find out I was banned for "gameplay enhancement". I have already sent an appeal.

I am posting this just to see if anyone has had anything similar happen to them. I am assume someone at EA would be able to verify that I haven't played since 2021. My stats are very limited as I didn't play for very long. I am not expecting anyone here to overturn the ban or anything I just looking for anyone with a similar experience and what ended up happening with their case.

If needed i can add any attachments to backup what i am actually saying.

Sorry to hear you came back to the game and found a ban on the account, especially with the dates not seeming to line up with when you were actively playing.

Since you’ve already submitted an appeal, please keep an eye on your Case History and email for an update.

Based on the additional information you shared, if you believe the account may have been compromised around January 2022, I’d recommend making sure that detail is included in your appeal as well, including the password reset activity and any other login activity you don’t recognize.

Just another thing i wanted to add. I think my account was actually hacked at some point seeing as there are 2 emails one on Jan 4 2022 showing that someone reset the password, and another on Jan 13, 2022 showing that i was permanently banned. That still doesn't explain why on the EA case page it shows that i was banned on Oct, 2023. Again if requested i can provide all the evidence i mention including the case number.

Hi, thanks for the response unfortunately I was very hasty in sending in the appeal so, I didn't include everything that I did in this forum so I am just waiting for a response on the appeal so I can append all of the new info that I gathered.
