Omega Point Pathfinder skin gone from inventory

ive had the exact same problem with my omega point skin being removed, ive contacted support on multiple occasions, all saying different things, one guy said that the main issue was that people were doing a glitch to claim the skin, and that they couldnt prove that i had claimed the skin legitimately so therefor i wasnt allowed to have my skin back, its rlly dissapointing tbh...

Came back after a hiatus and I had the skin at first but after relaunching the game the next day it was gone. Tried support but they all said they couldn't look at my account to prove I had it/ said it's impossible for a skin to disappear.

Same problem had it removed in season 2 idk why the devs don't even try to help i literally made twitch so i can get the skin and have proof with wearing it but they don't  seem to care

Same here i started playing again and found out they took my pathfinder skin idk since when because I’m not a pathfinder main and I been an off on player..now I been play constantly but one day my friends and I wer showing each other skins and I notice pathfinder omega skin was missing I went talked to multiple ppl emailed everything they said not enough people complaining about the missing skin so they can’t do nothing about like what?! That’s so dumb I’m literally looking at a lot ppl with this problem posting about it..I have Twitch Prime I claimed the skin how are you gonna just take it away and not give it back? For no reason also not notifying me? It’s pretty rude them doing that then not being able to give it back because not enough ppl going to them about it like umm how about focus on the ppl that are going to you that want ther skin back that pay for twitch prime to get that skin!? Ugh they say ask for help you go threw all the step to basically them saying ya no not gonna do that for you not enough attention from other ppl so we ain’t gonna bother give are attention to it either.. so dumb 

Same issue... Opening another ticket about it, hopefully that report support passed up to devs helped! I tried to get this fixed in 2021, but to no avail. Hopefully things are different this time around

I just tried out Apex Legends again after a bunch of years and my Omega Point/Twitch Prime skin for Pathfinder has also been taken away.

Yup I went to customer service and stuff they said they can’t do anything about it because ther isn’t more ppl saying anything about it so basically wer screwed with no skin 

I might have to contact them yet again regarding this.

I have proof that I owned the skin, but I kept getting shuffled around between EA, who said I need to contact Amazon, who said I need to contact Twitch, who said I need to contact EA.

Eventually I'll start trying to contact individual Respawn devs by email regarding it.

It's been years and I won't give up!

That’s how they had me also just talking to so many ppl was so ridiculous just to be like sorry we can’t do anything because not a big problem and it was a free skin like bruh what I’m not the only one and so what we still pay for Amazon and link out accounts that’s our skin and props to you keep trying  hopefully one day they give it to us
