Unlinking may not be the best option. When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, your in-game progress, etc will not transfer over. Our EA Help guides outline the risks involved for more information:
Before opting for that, our support team could try to help you update the email currently on your EA account. You can reach them using these steps.
