Online friends and club members not showing

Are they ever going to fix online friends and club members not showing unless you're on the same exact console? I found a quick fix for club members not showing but you have to do it everytime you log in.

    Let's try a few things to see if we can help stop this from happening. 

    A good place to start would be with the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any problems with your friends list after that please let me know. Thanks!

    I use those settings. I had them on my PS4 and now PS5. I think it changed during an update a while back. I'm not the only one with the issue.

    @EA_Kent I've gone through this thread and tried to do all of the same steps as well, and the issue persists both in the game as well as in the Origin Launcher and the EA Desktop App. I've gone so far as to reinstall Windows and even get a new router, but nothing has worked.

    I am having the same issue. I have reached out to EA and they told me it was a update problem but I am on PC and have had this issue for a long time now!!

    I have this problem also we can send friend req to each other but we can not see each other in the fdiends menu
