Terrible Support

I bought apex coins over a year ago and still have not received them. I bought them through the Microsoft store but when I logged in, I still didn't see them. Took forever just trying to get an email back just for the "support team" to tell me to restart and then log into the game from an Xbox. okay. I hadn't owned own an xbox as I switched to pc and so i continued to try to get even an ounce of help. I then got deployed and didn't have time to play, came home got married, and had to settle a few personal things out. Yet now that I have finally returned to the game I see my emails,(Still not replied to), and no coins on my account. Now im back a year later trying to get into contact with EA and somehow the support page is worse. waited 4 hours yesterday for an "advisor" and it said i had a 9 MINUTE WAIT... and then 10, 15, 8, 15. Try again today and the support page looks all fancy wooahh new colors

yep still cant reach anything.

  • Eros7732 If you haven't yet, you would need to log into the game via Xbox as purchases can only be redeemed when logging in via the platform it was purchased on, (for example, if you had bought the Battle Pass from Xbox's store, you cannot login via another platform to activate the Battle Pass as those platforms cannot see your Xbox purchases).

If you do not own an Xbox, you could try Nvidia GeForce Now, (however, I do recommend logging into an actual console to help keep your account safe).

Reminder: While Apex Coins can be used across platforms, they are not cross compatible with the Switch, (meaning that the Switch has its own currency wallet).

sheluvssdai While I won't be able to help with the error directly, what error are you seeing so I can help get it reported to EA?

    Midnight9746 It just says this...

"This issue isn't supported by advisors. It tells me to check help resources or visit EA Forums."

But my issue cannot be solved with help articles or the forums. I need a real support agent to assist me. I already HAVE a case open, and it's been 5 days with no reply. I also can't edit the case or open a new one — I just get the same message over and over.

I even contacted EA Help on X (Twitter), and only got a bot reply. I’ve tried everything.

I want to link my PSN ID to the EA account that has all my Apex progress from Xbox. But I can't, because my EA account was linked to a different PSN ID back in 2019 that I no longer have access to.

I don’t fully understand that — if I do this, will all my Apex content (from Xbox) still be available on PS5?

PLEASE let me talk to a real person who can help resolve this. I'm not trying to abuse the system — I just want to keep playing Apex on my new console without losing everything.

geforce doesnt count as a xbox login, I was hoping the devs would just give my coins from to the right account and take them away from the xbox but wont repsond or help.

Every EA Account can only be linked to one platform account of each type, (such as one Xbox Account, one PlayStation Account, etc.), this is mainly to help protect your EA Account in the event that your EA Account was hacked.

This means that if you have the EA Account "ExamplePC" linked to the Xbox Account "ExampleXbox" you won't be able to link the Xbox Account "Example2Xbox" as the "ExamplePC" account already has a lifetime link to "ExampleXbox".

You can however unlink "ExampleXbox" from "ExamplePC" and then link "ExampleXbox" to "Example2PC", (however your Apex progress and data will not transfer over as your Apex progress and data is stored on your "ExamplePC" account.

Furthermore, any platform account you are able to link to your "ExamplePC" EA Account will be able to access your Apex progress and data.

    In short:

Since you already had linked an Xbox Account to your EA Account before in the past, only that Xbox Account is allowed to be linked to your EA Account. (You could try contacting Xbox Support to help recover your old Xbox Account, (and if its a PlayStation Account, contact PlayStation)).

My mistake, Nivida's "GeForce Now" was the first thing to pop into my mind when I thought about cloud gaming.

I did check with Xbox's services to see if they have their own cloud gaming service, (which they do), however sadly, Apex isn't included in the list of games that is playable through Xbox's cloud services.
