Overclocking Controller permitted under Javelin?

After the September 29, 2026 switch to EA Javelin Anticheat, is using HIDUSBF (LordOfMice) solely to increase a controller's USB polling rate to 1000 Hz allowed in Apex Legends?

The controller is otherwise completely standard: no macros, recoil scripts, Cronus/XIM/Titan, rapid-fire, or multi-action mappings. HIDUSBF would only change the USB polling rate.

There is an old EA forum response from before Javelin saying EA could not guarantee that HIDUSBF was allowed. Has the policy changed or been clarified under Javelin?

I'm specifically looking for clarification on whether polling-rate overclocking alone is permitted.
