packet drop

Good evening, I come through this ticket to try to understand what is happening with the game. I play apex on ps4 but since yesterday it's been impossible to play because of a packet drop during the game, I aim the control to the right and the aim alone goes to the left. as if there was someone pulling or pushing the crosshairs in the other direction. I would really like to know if they have stability with the Brazilian server or something like that, because I've tried everything but I can't get an improvement or help with this problem.
