    So I found a fix that worked for me, but I'm not sure if it works for everyone. I'll post the link of the video I used as tutorial. After doing this my game had to load the shaders 1 time, after that never again. Not even after the seer nerf update.

So no fix? Literally unplayable. Have to reinstall the game, and reinstall shaders every time i restart. there is literally no fix for this

You can remove the compiling and loading of shaders by going to Nvidia control panel.

3D settings

Find Shader cache, turn it off and accept. (helpful correction, shader cache rather than shadow cache)

Then turn it on again, accept and restart your computer.
