PC and Apex slows downs to 1 frame then proceeds to black screen then restart

As title says, everytime I launch apex after 2 minutes entire pc and the game slows down to 1 frame then around 30 seconds later my entire PC goes black then proceeds to restart it self. When i check event viewer it says Event ID 41. Ive tried setting my clocking to normal, underclocking, lowest settings, i;ve repaired windows files (this initially worked but the next time i opened the game the problem came back) , repaired files on both steam and EA, i've updated all my drivers. Not sure what else to do hence im here. Used to be able to play apex with no issue around 6 months ago.
