(PC) Crash to White Screen Mid-Game unprompted

never heard of a white screen crash 

I am getting this consistently as well in Ranked.  Has never happened before, been playing since launch season.  Seems to coincide with my computer fans spinning super heavily, as soon as I am able to kill the process computer fans return to normal.  Going to stop playing for a while, fear damage to my PC.

Motherboard: Asus Prime X399-A
CPU: Ryzen Threadripper 1950 X 16 Core
GPU: GeForce GTX 1660 TI
32 GB ram

Hey, @Chubblypuff  @smurfthesmurfer @CN_FeiLing make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Star Wars: Squadrons and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

When the crash occurs the application is using 3 GB of ram and 60% of my CPU Processor

Update: crashes persist, only now they're happening much sooner in games.

Application becomes unresponsive, locked, and will not return desktop control until I force restart (aborting part-way through to close process also works in returning control)

At time of crash, Task Manager shows 60% GPU utilization and 40% memory utilization.

This is still occurring after updating video drivers from December release to January release.

The crash is no longer a white screen, but now locks up and hangs indefinitely.  Task manager shows the program as "Not Responsive"

keeps happening to me as well. super frusterating

my crash to white screen in middle of game started after this last update. Fight night.
