Saw this post, just wanted to post my solution. The cause for me was due to EasyAntiCheat located here in files C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat_EOS. I moved the whole folder to the recycle bin.
Then went to window security > device security > core isolation details and turn on Kernel-Mode hardware-enforced stack protection. This issue seems to be a Win 11 thing. Then i uninstalled apex and reinstalled apex with their ver of easyanticheat.
