PC performance is terrible in s27

What happened to the consistent fps??? Compiling shaders every time I log in??
Not like you've had good server performance in the past either but this season I've been killed so many times around corners it's insane. 
Soloq ranked is at an all time low with all the three stacking rampart teams too. Insane work really.
And what about the anti cheat? Not really working is it? So many bad things it's pretty much unplayable
