[PC Steam] Cannot load the game since the update.

Since doing the update last night, I’m now unable to load the game. Continuous crashing within the menu without any error code. 

I have tried every single fix I can find on the internet -

Reset PC, Redownload Apex, disable overlays, verify game files, things within the command prompt, updated drivers, reinstalled older drivers among other things. 

This same thing happened to me last time the game had an update aswel and I was just unable to play for close to a week. Surely there is some kind of fix or patch because this is becoming increasingly frustrating.
