Penalty for nothing

I’m absolutely fuming, I have been given a match penalty and points deducted on a game where my teammates gained because I got booted out of my game without any wifi or internet issues and then was no longer allowed to rejoin to continue the match. This was neither mine or my connections fault as everything else has worked perfectly fine but due to this stupid game not allowing me to rejoin I have been deranked and lost out on a major amount of rp which the rest of my team got. Words can’t describe how enraged I am about this. EA if you feel like giving me the points which I would’ve gained from that match it would be much appreciated. My username is B9-xj
