Pending purchase???

I Cant purchase anything nor add payment method no matter how many different times i try

Last month i decided to purchase the Apex premium battlepass,   i've had no issues before with purchases but this time when i was going through the EA site to purchase i noticed it didn't let me add new payment methods,     i thought nothing of it so i went through with the purchase using Paypal, at first it said the purchase was "Pending", on the side of EA to accept.     Waited a week....  now 2 weeks but it still says pending.    Went through the EA support system and didn't find anything to help me with this situation,    and was wondering if anyone had some insight on to what i should do from here.
