Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I’m reaching out because I’m in a really unfair situation with my Apex Legends account and I don’t know where else to turn.

I’m a new MNK player who spent months practicing aim and improving legitimately because I truly love the gameplay of Apex. I’ve never used cheats, scripts, macros, or any third-party software.

A few days ago I bought items from the current event, including the Mythic Peacekeeper, because I was excited about the content. Shortly after that purchase, my account was permanently banned for “cheating / gameplay enhancement”.

I already appealed to EA but the appeal was denied, and I feel completely powerless because I genuinely did nothing wrong.

The only recent change I made was adjusting my mouse DPI to find a better sensitivity while learning MNK. Nothing related to cheats or gameplay automation.

I know you receive many messages, but if there’s any chance my case could reach someone for a proper manual review, it would mean a lot to me.
