...How closely did you read the terms and conditions? I mean, I haven't read them at all, but I'd imagine they touch on "obey the forum rules."
On-topic: I for one am definitely still experiencing this issue. Given that multiple EA people showed up in this thread very early on Monday, maybe they'll have some kind of update (substantial or otherwise) early on Tuesday. (Respawn is in California, so presumably it's just around midnight right now for the devs, at time of writing. Maybe they'll post something less than 10 hours after this post. Maybe it'll just say "We're still working on it lol." I'd be fine with that. apparitionca wouldn't be fine with that. shrug.)
Community AdminGood morning! From what i'm hearing the base cause of this has been found and shouldn't affect folks going forward. If anyone was holding out on redeeming their code due to this issue, you should be good to go now.
For those who already redeemed the code, we're gathering data on who was affected by this so that the coins can be sent out. As i understand this isn't an instant process for technical reasons, but we'll notify folks when there's an update.
At least they’re working on it. I didn’t get mine either. I contacted support, and was told the studio team was working on it.
How long do you think until all accounts affected are credited?

Apex coins received! Well, they came with the fix quick, I like that. Check your game guys, u probably received them too.

bought the lifeline edition and got everything except for my apex coins... what’s the issue?
I recently brought The bloodhound pack and haven’t received my coins yet I land it’s been about 4 days and nothing is there a way I can get my coins?
I have same problem and no one helps me. Please anyone can help me? says speak with retailer but my retailer cant do anything.
I have skins but apex coins are missing.
I buy bloodhound and lifeline edition for 2,000 apex coins, and no coins!
So this has been going on for a year and no fix for it yet I just bought Bloodhound edition received everything but the Apex coins kinda annoying if you ask me
Just received this issue 2/28/21. I've contacted support twice but they weren't able to help me.
Hey EA David, unfortunately it is still affecting folks. Been waiting a month already and in between about 6 different EA help members via email. I redeemed an Xbox edition code and like many others have said you receive all items except the coins. I have had 2 separate employees ask me to verify with the code they sent via email, but after i send it back it seems like they just start up another case. I think my case file is up to 6 now since any time I reply via email this happens.
I have exactly the same problem.
All items are there except the 1000 coins. This also means the code worked and Microsoft can't do anything, the problem must be with EA! The code seems to have arrived correctly in Apex, otherwise the items would not be there.
Since there are a lot of reports here, it seems to be a reproducible problem that EA needs to look at soon!
