PlayStation in game purchases not working

I have the ps5 and I’ve never had any issue purchasing the battle passes or any in game currency except for today. I got to buy the ultimate version of the battle pass and it just opens but doesn’t prompt me to buy it and it quite frustrating because I’ve been having this issue and restored the license I’ve reinstalled the game I’ve removed and re added payment methods and still it shows me what the pass has to offer but won’t prompt me to buy it and I’d love to say it’s a PlayStation issue but it’s literally apex and I just want to find a way to troubleshoot it
