Please Fix you're Apex servers

Please do something about you're servers. It is a serious problem on you're part.. I am unable to play any match on Apex Legends due to serious freezing and rubber banding. I have had my internet checked out by a tech from my intermet provider and he's says my upload and download speed is just fine. Iam constantly being disconnected from matches, freezing in place and bouncing all over the map, 80% of the time its the lag that kills me, not other players. I stand no chance in a battle because of this. Its very unfair not only to me but everybody else who has given their money to you. You really need to adress this issue, especially on the Playstaion platforms. Any other online game I play not by EA is just fine server wise. If this continues you are going to loose more and more costumers everyday and eventually turn into a bad rep company. I and many other players feel as if we come second and you're money comes first.

    Hi there, @MrCreative93.

    I'll see if I can help you with this. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

  • I was on wireless for a bit, tried both 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ channels, still having the problem. Bought a 10GB per second LAN cable, reinstalled apex multiple times, still having the problem. I have noticed 80% of the time while playing the only server symbol that is present is the Prediction Error. I and many players who have this are at the complete mercy of the EA servers.

    @MrCreative93

    You definitely should stay on a wired connection. That rules out any issues with being wireless. Wireless is a lot less stable.

    What system are you playing on?

  • I currently am on a wierd connection, however this issue is still and always present. I play on Xbox and Playstation.

    @MrCreative93

    Alternate DNS servers may help.

    From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4

    For PS4, try following the steps here: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003048283-Changing-DNS-on-Popular-Gaming-Systems-PS4-XBox1-WiiU-.

    Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

  • I have done both network modifications to each of my consoles and have been playing on both today. My hopes were that this would solve the problem, however it did not. If anything it made it slightly worse. I appreciate you're help. However my case still stands that these servers should seriously be addressed. Players cannot enjoy the game they love most due to these issues.

  • I get disconnected daily since season 5 had that last update now i get kicked off all the time

    Give these fixes a try - they worked for me after 3 weeks of having unplayable lag

    I had this issue for three weeks and went crazy trying to figure it out. I still get some lag, but at least my game is playable now whereas before it was completely unplayable.

    then Download TCPOptimizer, you can see how to use it on youtube

    other way,

    watch 2- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YekcxhMlCw

    i already did all the ways, i used to get 110-150 after the way i posted, it shows 15-50"

    What I did - I changed my router DNS from google's to cloudlfares (1.1.1.1) - I doubt this made any difference.

    Then I followed the steps in the first video and ran TCPOptimizer, selected my adapter and clicked the "optimal" preset (backed everything up first!)

    It's been a few days now, and I haven't had the issue return, so I think I'm cured. Hope it works for you too.
