Please help, I can't play at all

I have absolutely no idea as to what is going on but every time I close and open the application on ps4 the game can't seem to figure out who I am.

Whenever I ready up it says that my party is not ready EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT IN A PARTY AT ALL.

I haven't been able to play a single match in quite a while as this has been going on since the aftermarket event was released.

I have filled out those stupid forms and sent an email but nobody responds.

Attached is an image of what I see everytime I enter the game.

Can somebody, anybody please come forward with a possible fix.
