Please help me regain my Origin Apex progress

i created a EA account not knowing that EA already took ORIGIN 

how can i have created an EA account that already uses the same email of my original Origin account

    It looks like the EA account you're posting with was just created within the past few weeks. I'm seeing your Steam was linked here at that time as well.

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

    Origin and EA accounts would be effectively the same, so if you previously had an Origin account it was not this one as this was only created a few weeks ago.

    Please check any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past as this one is fairly new.

    If this is the same email you had used in the past, it's likely your previous account had its email changed, then when you recently tried using that again you've just created a new account rather than accessing the old one. If that's the case, you'll need to contact support to try locating the old account with your progress.
