Please help me with my account being hacked

My account was hacked today. I live in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, and normally access my account from here. As soon as I discovered the unauthorized access today afternoon, I immediately changed my password and also started Two-Step Verification, tried to disconnect linked accounts such as PlayStation, steam(Even though I clicked the button to unlink my PlayStation and Steam accounts multiple times, it didn't work-dky why??), and contacted customer support to prevent further damage.

I even tried logging into my account and start the game for dubble loging in and force the hacker to stop playing. That’s when I realized my account had been suspended. I was doing everything in my power to fight back and protect my account

Please review my login history, IP addresses, and locations. Compare my normal access from South Korea with the hacker’s unauthorized access. My password change and support request were also made immediately after I discovered the breach and should be recorded in your logs. Please recognize that I was doing my best to protect my account from the cheater, not violating the rules, and please lift the suspension. Please investigate this as soon as possible. I am genuinely the victim here.

And the reason I'm writing this here is that I tried MULTIPLE TIMES to submit an appeal, but it keeps saying

"Case not created. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again."  <<<<<  ????????????
