PLEASE HELP
Can someone please help me with this issue or share if you’ve had anything similar happen in the past?
Ive been a long time enjoyer of Apex Legends so Ive played it on several different accounts and before we had account merging I created an account on my switch, xbox, and playstation. Recently I went in to play some more apex and thought “wow I should merge my accounts so I can have all of my cosmetics and especially my mythics on the same account” So I went ahead and merged my accounts and now I literally have nothing to my name!!!! I lost all of my cosmetics, legends, and mythics. And all I want is to speak to an actual person about this at EA who can tell me whether I can actually get my things back or not or if they even exist anywhere in the game servers but the stupid ai “help” bot has been EXTREMELY difficult and won’t connect me to a real person.
Long story short I am very sad that I have to completely restart this game and there are so many cool characters that I don’t even have the chance to play unless I A) pay or B) grind until my eyes fall out. Please let me know if you have dealt with anything similar and how you solved it!
