@EA_AticI noticed you discussing a similar issue on the forum "Input Lag on PC/Steam" and was hoping you might be able to help. I've listed a detailed description of what I've done, and added a DxDiag to my case. Apologies for tagging you like this< I just figured I'd make a more specific topic as I've met many others with this exact issue.
(I've also performed a clean boot twice to no avail)
