Prime Gaming loot does not show up in game

Hello, I have already contacted the EA help (Case #171453147) but they could not help so I am writing here for visibility.

Although I have claimed a prime gaming drop 1 week ago the pack does not show in game. I have tried unlinking and linking my accounts, tried linking my accounts again on incognito mode etc. but no luck. This issue is persistent on all ea related games all loot from ea shows as pending. 

The agents I have talked to says this is a BUG so I posted it here.

Any people with similar experiences and if so does anyone have a solution?
