I've connected both my EA and Amazon accounts, but I still am not getting the rewards. The reward shows up as pending and won't give it to me when I get in the game. I've been searching around a little for a solution and it seems to have happened a lot in the past but I haven't found any way to fix this issue.
Over a year later and I am also having this same issue, all other games work but I just collect in game content for any game I have. Logged into Apex today after ages and none of the loot is here. All are left in the state of "pending". I tried to re-link via getting loot from another EA game, it did not help. Live chat did not help. Any other suggestions? I don't want to lose the items by completely removing the link to me EA account via Amazon.
