Prime gaming rewards not recieved

I claimed the Wattson skin for Prime Gaming and it said I successfully claimed it but it’s not showing up on my account no matter how many times I close the game and reopen it and it’s linked to my EA account. My Steam, Amazon, and Twitch account are all linked and i have yet to receive them.

    When you've got the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. 

    For more info on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer, you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    Hello. I've had this problem since before the Wattson and Valkyrie skins. I contacted EA and I got the same multiple responses saying that my accounts aren't linked, when I've been received Twitch Prime rewards since season 2. And I sent them screenshots of my accounts proving they're linked. Today, I want the Loba Twitch Prime skin and it says it's claimed when I haven't received it.

    EA help doesn't help...

    Hello. Although twitch prime has been connected to my correct EA account for about 3 4 months, prime rewards are not coming to my account. I am connected with the correct account and claim the rewards. Can you help me please.

    Hello.

    The best way to certify that you will get your rewards is to do as follows
    1. Close out of Apex (can even log out of steam/origin if PC)
    2. Disable connections to Amazon Prime
    3. Log out of amazon and relog back in
    4. Go to your twitch drops and re-sync your accounts together
    5. Reclaim your rewards from Amazon Prime / Twitch prime skins
    6. Let it process for a brief moment and then re-sign into Apex Legends.

    It is always best to not be logged in when claiming (I know there is a option to in the News bar when new skins drop, but i found its best to just do it when you're off Apex, so when you log back in, the skins will be there when you get to the lobby.

    Please try this and respond back on if it helped you or not.
