Yes I am experiencing the same issue. did you contact ea.help? I did and the dude tried to tell me he never seen my account for switch 2 only for psn but I sent him screenshots of some banners after winning in ranked and it clearly showed my switch logo. Dude I literally own 90% of all the mythic items in this game. I spent thousands upon thousands on my heirlooms, prestige, skins, and mythic weapons. It sucks that I haven’t been able to play since May 15th and it would be even worse if my items are no longer there…. After doing my research I see a lot of people are having this issue. Be sure to contact ea.help and click on the live chat option..it’s a hassle to get to it but you will find it
