Problems Loading in Match

Im queuing up with a 3 stack into ranked and only one of us actually loads into the game while the other two are stuck in the lobby. No other teammates loading into the match, just one of us from the lobby. This happens frequently in unranked trios and wildcard as well, first time its happened while qued for ranked. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I report this problem directly to Respawn to hopefully get this issue fixed? Or is that what this discussion is for?
