Progress and in game purchases lost because of unlinking...

A couple months ago I tried to move my progress from Playstation to Xbox as I had switched consoles. I was unaware of the dangers of linking/unlinking accounts and ended up losing all of my progress on my playstation account. I messaged an EA support person and they let me know that I should re-link my account. It took about 5 months for me to be able to link it, and when I did, I went back on my playstation to see if my progress was back and it wasn’t. I had spent lots of money on in-game currency and items. I've tried making a case on EA support, but it doesn't let me resume my case. What should I do next?
