Progress lost after linking PS Account to EA Account

Question

I used to play a lot Apex on my PS4 with a PS Account. This Account was linked to my Origin Account. I used the same Origin Account on PC and had a different progress on PC. Since the EA Accounts came, I linked my Origin Account to my EA Account and kept playing on the PC since then with this EA Account. Yesterday I linked my PS Account to the same EA Account (for the first time and without unlinking the PS from any Account) because I've read that I could keep playing on PC with the progress of my PS Account, if i merged them. But I am stuck with the progress of my Account from my PC and my PS progress is lost.

I have never linked my PS Account to any other EA Account until yesterday. I used the same E-Mail adress on PS, Origin and EA. I've read a lot of Topics on Answers HQ, but almost all of them talk about cases, when people unlinked a PS Account from an old EA Account. I never had an old EA Accoun tto begin with.

I'd be glad, if someone helped me recover my PS proggress on my EA Account for PC. Thank you in advance!

Would it be possible to get more information about this?

EA ID and PSN ID:
Which items are missing?
Are they missing on all platforms?
Do you get any error messages?
Where any accounts previously linked to another EA account?

Also to confirm, your EA and Origin accounts are the same (as Origin was EA's older PC client) you will not have had to link them together if you played on the Origin client for PC and updated to the EA app.&nbsp;

Hi @EA_Illium, thanks for your reply!My PSN ID is dozy_koala just like my EA ID dozy_koala is as far as I know.To the missing items: nothing transferred from the PSN account with the exception of the items from the long ago purchased Lifeline Guradian Angel bundle. I am missing acc levels, weapon skins, legend skins, badges, a lot of battle pass items, Apex coins, Legend tokens and crafting metals. I can't find any of these items on neither of the two platforms I have been playing.My PSN Account should have been linked to the Origin account (ID: dozy_koala) that became the EA account. But it is the exact same EA account, I used on PC before the cross platform merging. It is also the same account that I linked my PSN account yesterday.I haven't received any error message or warning message for unlinking. When I linked my PSN account to my EA account yesterday, there also wasn't any warning or error message showing.Thank you for your help!

Hi @EA_Illium,&nbsp;could you get any update on my case? I opened a case at the official EA Support site, but the case has been marked as 'solved' and has been closed without a single word of reply or help.&nbsp; I'd appreciate your help very much because you seem to be my only chance! Thank you!
