PS4 APEX LEGENDS CODE NET
Keep getting connection to server timed out when I try to log into my main account. A new account works and loads in, my brothers account loads just mine doesn't.
Been over 2 weeks now and I have already posted about this got 1 response from @EA_Atic asking what trouble shooting I've done, I replied and got no response. Very professional and great customer care....
Any sign of this being sorted? really coming to the end of my patience after how much money and time I've put into this damn game.
- @viscalling if people are not getting BP levels a new topic is needed for that issue. You can always poke the CM's in direct message for something that we need to pay attention to or have questions. We wont help with troubleshoot in PM, it's better that everyone's sees that conversation in case some else have that issues etc. 🙂
@jimmyTbop Community managers and EA Staff that you see on AHQ plus the ones with EA_ in their user name works for EA but we are not customer support. We help out as much as possible on the forum but it's not the only item we do here. 😊
