Ps4 controller doing 2 things at once on PC

Hi I play Apex on pc with a ps4 controller. Lately my buttons keep doing 2 things at once. For example: crouching and switching weapons or switching weapons and pinging. Is there a fix for that issue...

@I-would-be-mad-2 check in the controls of the button layout if you did change anything and fix it
