Ps4 cosmetics not transferring over to PS5 Version of the game

My cosmetic items that I own on the PS4 version of Apex have not transferred over to the PS5 version of Apex. When I searched up the issue, at first, they stated that since it's the same account info, everything should migrate over; however, my PS-PLUS skins have not migrated. I'm not sure if anyone else had or has a similar issue, and they could help me out, but what the support agent told me was to restore the license of the game to see if it could solve the issue; however, it did not work. 

I have uploaded a picture from the PS4 version to the PS5, where you can see I am missing content, and since they were PS-PLUS packs, I am also missing weapon skins.
