Ps5 account issue

I have almost 1700 hours on apex played competitively hit pred had 11x masters badges and almost max level I stopped playing a few months ago due to moving now I tried to play and it says my account is level 3???? Tried to contact ea and it wouldn’t let me it would just open a new tab and ask how it can help me. I need help I’ve tried uninstalling the game and logging into ea
