If you've unlinked your PSN account and re-linked it to a different EA account to find the progress wiped, you'll be able to restore your progress by locating the original account and restoring that link. Game progress is stored on the EA account level, so if your PSN account was linked to a different EA account, it'll need to continue being linked to that account for you to access the progress stored there.

ive linked my steam account to my original psn account and i still had to start from scratch 

scottster15​ Just to be clear, did you initially unlink your PSN account from the EA account it was linked to and re-link it with the EA account your Steam account is currently linked to? 

If so, that would explain the missing PSN progress. Your Steam and PSN accounts have accumulated progress and stored it on the respective EA account they were each linked to. Right now, it sounds like both platform accounts are now linked to the same EA account, which means one platform is now disconnected from its past progress.

In order to regain access to your progress, you'll need to re-link the wiped platform to its original EA account.

(Alternatively, you could choose to keep things as they are so that all the platform accounts are consolidated, though this means you'll need to work your way up again.)

nah man theres no way i spent money, can i get compensated on my steam account with 500 apex packs because my original psn ea account is mailto:[edit: email address removed] i litteraly looked up on stat tracker my psn account level and its 250 i cant believe ive lost it all ive been playing since 2020

scottster15​  Your PSN Apex progress isn't lost; it's stored on the EA account you had it initially linked to. As mentioned, you'll need to re-link your PSN account to the original EA account to restore your progress.

If you're having trouble locating that account, please check your email address(es) for past purchase receipts on the account to identify the associated email and follow the steps on this page to sign back in. If you don’t have access to the email address or account anymore, or if you think something went wrong, you’ll need to reach out to live support so they can take a look at the account.
