psn account has been linked to another ea account which I do not know
Hi, I want to play apex on my ps5, so I logged into my ea account and tried to link the ea account to my psn. My psn email address is [edit: email address removed]. My psn ID is shaowinds.
But when I do this, I was prompted that the PSN had been linked to another ea account, the email is [edit: email address removed].
I don't know this mailbox, I have never played any ea games on ps before, I suspect that my psn account was leaked, then it was linked to an ea account which belong to another poeple.
I have no idea what this 7a.... email address is, so I can't log in. Now I can't link my real ea account to my psn.
I hope you can help me solve this problem, thank you!
I has tried on the EA Help website, but the system has some bug, my case can not been create.
The website tell me the case has been submitted, but the [My Cases Page] is empty.
Please help me, I really want to play ea games on my ps5.

Our support team will need to check your account if its status says disabled.
Please open the page in a new incognito tab and submit your case without logging in.
- On the EA Help homepage
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
