Psn stole can I unlink it and put another one for apex?

My psn account got stolen and I don’t have the password or email no more. But I do still have the Ea account and 2 step with it. Can I unlink the psn account but I have my account on Xbox  too so is ...

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If you have access to the EA Account, you should be able to unlink the platform accounts associated with them. Instructions for that can be found in this article.

So I’m getting this problem. Its only saying that you can only have one psn a lifetime

    Yes. That's correct. You can only have one of each platform account linked to your EA account in its lifetime.
